Sutton-based adult care service receives ‘Good’ rating in latest CQC inspection

Mayfield Road, a residential service supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism, and part of Active Care Group, has been awarded an impressive “Good” rating across all key areas in its latest inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The CQC’s report highlighted the service’s dedication to providing high-quality, person-centred care that prioritises safety, effectiveness, and individual needs and supports resident’s wellbeing.

Inspectors commended the team for creating a safe, supportive environment for the residents where they are able to make choices and maintain their independence.

The centre was described as homely, comfortable, and well-maintained, with sufficient space to support residents’ needs. Additionally, the CQC acknowledged Mayfield Road’s clear commitment to continuous improvement, with plans in place to further enhance the quality of care and service delivery.
