The inspection evaluated Hall Road across three key areas: Safe, Effective, and Well-led, where the service received 'Good' ratings in all categories. With this latest achievement, Hall Road is now rated 'Good' across all five key lines of enquiry.

The inspection found that Hall Road has developed a proactive safety culture, emphasising openness and quick responses to concerns. Relatives feel comfortable raising concerns and are confident that they will be addressed promptly.
