Ian Tucknott, Mental Wealth Festival Director, commented:"In life and work, we often face significant pressures that impact our mental health. Unfortunately, time for self-care and well-being is frequently pushed to the bottom of our priority list. I hope this year’s festival encourages people to pause, invest in their mental health, and make their overall well-being a priority. I’m incredibly excited about our fantastic lineup this year to celebrate a decade of The Mental Wealth Festival!”
