Fairgame launches new service guaranteeing win over your date after research shows 38% would pay to ensure victory
Fairgame, the funfair for adults, has launched a ‘Good Date Guarantee’ package at its brand-new St Paul’s location, allowing customers to pay £500 to ensure that they win at the games.
With funfairs not always seen as the fairest, and many games being tricky to win, the new package has been implemented off the back of new research which showed that nearly two-fifths (38%) of Brits would pay to make sure that they were able to show off to their date by winning big.
The Fairgame ‘Good Date Guarantee’ package includes:
- Elite-level training from Fairgame pros, who know every trick in the book to win the games
- Secret after-hours access (so no one knows you needed help)
- Transport in a blacked-out vehicle to maintain full deniability
- A full refund if you still can’t defeat your date on the night
The research also shows that a third of Brits believe being a sore loser is the biggest turn-off, meaning many could be running the risk of the ick on dates. The ‘Good Date Guarantee’ is designed to minimise this by making losing nearly impossible.
The service could be especially useful for couples who have moved in together, as the data shows that the no-ick date honeymoon period ends once you shack up. There is a 60% rise in icks on dates when you live with your partner: only 20% of those in relationships but living separately get the ick on their dates, compared to nearly a third (32%) of those living with their partner.

Located within One New Change, the new 24,500 sq. ft Fairgame City venue will feature 12 completely reimagined fairground games exclusive to Fairgame, all hooked up to live leaderboards. - Duck and Dive – knock all the bottles off the shelves in this traditional pub fight brawl. The more bottles you knock down, the more you score.
- Beaky Finders – take on the largest indoor hook-a-duck ever created and grab as many ducks as you can to rack up points
- Havoc in the Hive – plunge your hands into the buzzing hive, catch as many bees as possible and put them back in their holes to score
- Plus, eight more brand-new games, including OAPrix, a wacky mobility scooter-themed rollerball experience, and Money Bags, a futuristic, tech-enhanced twist on the traditional Cornhole game
Players can enjoy up to 90 minutes of high-energy fun, battling it out for Fairgame’s iconic prizes and leaderboard glory, while also being able to collect Fairmiles, a new points-based loyalty system that rewards return visits with exclusive merch and prizes.
