Director of West Hampstead estate agents takes on gruelling charity challenge
Spencer Lawrence, Sales and Lettings Director at West Hampstead-based Paramount, took on The Great British Property Cycle challenge in October.
Agents Giving, the event’s organiser, aimed to recruit 1,000 estate agents to take on its challenge and raise £100 each. The agents were tasked with cycling every day throughout the month, whether on a road bike, mountain bike or static bike.

In total, The Great British Property Cycle has raised more than £15,000 for The Trussell Trust, an anti-poverty charity and community of food banks that provide food for those who need it, and the Agents Giving Grant Fund, which contributes to set-up costs for fundraising events and donations to chosen charities.
Alongside the challenge, the Paramount Properties team has committed to donating one item to the local food bank for every £5 raised - meaning West Hampstead Community Food Hub will receive 1,000 more items this Christmas.
Spencer said “The Great British Property Cycle is a fantastic way for estate agents to challenge themselves while raising money for two great causes.

I’m very proud to have raised almost £5,000 during The Great British Property Cycle, alongside my good friend and fellow estate agent Megan Eighteen, and I can’t wait for next year’s challenge!”
