London has become the first European city to welcome CoMoTo, an electric motorcycle ridesharing service launched by Contigo Mobility. Based in Indonesia, Contigo Mobility has established itself as a leader in the electric vehicle mobility sector across Southeast Asia and is now introducing its innovative transport solutions to Europe.

The service had its soft launch on Boxing Day, giving a select group of Londoners the chance to experience CoMoTo’s zero-emission motorcycles. The bikes, designed as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional ridesharing, received an overwhelmingly positive response. A full public rollout is set for late January 2025, marking a significant milestone in the push for sustainable urban transportation.

Zuhri Yusof, CEO of Contigo Technology Group, highlighted the importance of this expansion: “Our expansion to London reflects our commitment to creating greener cities through sustainable mobility solutions. We’re thrilled to introduce CoMoTo to one of the world’s most vibrant and dynamic urban landscapes.”

CoMoTo offers a mobile app to access its fleet of electric motorcycles, allowing users to locate, book, and ride seamlessly. With a focus on reducing traffic congestion and carbon emissions, the service combines convenience with sustainability. Its competitive pricing ensures eco-conscious commuting is accessible to a broad audience.
