Over 450 attendees joined Barratt East London for its inaugural Gala Dinner hosted at The Brewery Hotel. Guests enjoyed a drinks reception and live music before hearing from billionaire businessman Barry Hearn, setting the stage for an exciting and competitive auction.

Muscular Dystrophy’s purpose is to build and connect a community of more than 110,000 people living with one of over 60 muscle wasting and weakening conditions, and all the people around them.
Debbie Hoods, Head of Philanthropy, Partnerships & Ambassador Engagement at Muscular Dystrophy comments: “It was a real honour to be the beneficiary of the inaugural Barratt London Gala Dinner on Friday night. The money raised was far more than we could have imagined and will be used to support the 110,000 people in the UK living with a muscle wasting condition.
"At Muscular Dystrophy UK we fund research, campaign for faster access to treatments and provide vital support and information to enable those that are affected to live well – we can’t do any of that without the generous support of our partners and donors. Huge thanks to the Junior Board for such an impactful night that will help to change the future of muscle wasting conditions.”
Stephen Thompson, Managing Director for Barratt East London, comments: “I want to convey a huge thank you to everyone who attended our first charity auction. It was brilliant to see the generosity shown by attendees on the night.
