London-Born businesswoman receives high honour at Irish Business Awards
Laura is a London-born business strategist, BWRT practitioner, and clinical hypnotherapist now based in Ireland. With over 20 years’ experience supporting clients and entrepreneurs in the wellness and holistic space, she combines neuroscience, strategy, and soul to help clients achieve meaningful success—on their own terms.
Laura McDonald, business strategist, hypnotherapist, and BWRT® practitioner, was recently awarded Highly Commended in the prestigious Network Ireland Businesswoman of the Year Awards (Mayo Branch).
Originally from Wembley in North West London, Laura has lived in Ireland since 2007, where she has grown a thriving business helping clients in their personal lives, and wellness and holistic professionals build sustainable, soul-aligned success.
A proud member of Network Ireland for the past six years, Laura was a finalist in two categories this year: Solo Businesswoman (an award she previously won in 2022), and Networker of the Year, recognising her commitment to collaboration, connection, and community in the business world.
In addition to her work as a mindset coach and strategist, Laura is a qualified and licensed practitioner and trainer in BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy)—a fast, neuroscience-informed therapy that helps with anxiety, stress, performance, and emotional resilience. She currently offers the only practitioner training in BWRT available in Ireland, and regularly speaks at conferences to raise awareness of its life-changing potential and peak performance in business, sport, and life.
