Glenmorangie’s distinct flavours paired with our bold Ceylon Arrack- a traditional Sri Lankan spirit that is a cross between rum and whisky with coconut notes - create an unexpected taste sensation that has to be experienced”.

The six-course tasting menu will incorporate dishes including;
Kiri-hodi
Glenmorangie confit hand-dived Orkney scallop, native lobster + riesling, kiri-hodi, coconut kiri-bath, Clarence Court quail’s egg hopper.
