The Weeknd will perform to London crowds once again as he brings his After Hours Til Dawn Tour to the capital for a second time this summer. The Blinding Lights artist headlined two shows at the London Stadium last month (July).

The Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn Tour is back in the city this week as he takes over another of the capital’s iconic stadium venues. The singer is set to perform for London fans at Wembley Stadium on Friday (August 18).

His upcoming show at the 90,000-capacity Wembley Stadium will follow his iconic two-night stint at the London Stadium in July, which set the record for highest single-night attendance at the venue with 80,000 fans according to Variety.

The Weeknd has also performed at one of the capital’s other iconic music venues. The O2 was one of the many arenas he took to the stage during his 2017 Starboy: The Legend Of The Fall tour.

Doors for The Weeknd’s Wembley Stadium show are set to open at 5pm. The Starboy singer is expected to hit the stage at 8.30pm.

Who will support The Weeknd at Wembley Stadium and when are they expected on stage?

The Weeknd will be supported by rapper and DJ Kaytranada and hip-hop producer Mike Dean for his Wembley Stadium show.

Exact set times for Kaytranada and Mike Dean are yet to be confirmed. However, the support act sets are set to start at 6.15pm and wrap up before 8.30pm when The Weeknd is expected to hit the stage.

Nearest stations to The Weeknd’s Wembley Stadium show

Wembley Park which is on the Jubilee and Metropolitan Tube lines, is the closest station and is just a 10 minute stroll away. Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium Station are also nearby.

However both Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium Stations will be closed for overground trains on Friday night due to industrial action. Underground services will still be avalible from Wembley Central via the Bakerloo line.
