Manor Park stabbing: Arrest made after two men wounded in Newham near East Ham

Police found two men stabbed in High Street North on Wednesday evening, near the junction with Ruskin Avenue, Manor Park

A man has been arrested after two men were stabbed in Manor Park on Wednesday (August 16).

Police were called at 9.06pm to High Street near the junction with Ruskin Avenue.

Two men, both aged in their early 30s, were found at the scene with stab wounds. One man is in a critical condition and the other man’s injuries are not life changing or threatening.

London Ambulance Service took both men to hospital.

The Met Police has arrested a 24-year-old man in Newham on suspicion of GBH. He remains in police custody.
