Kokoro, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 62 Mitcham Road, London was given the score after assessment on September 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 697 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 444 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
