Kothu, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 114 Tooting High Street, London was given the score after assessment on May 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Wandsworth's 708 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 447 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
