A Tower Hamlets takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

NUGS, a takeaway at Site 5, 60 The Highway, London was given the score after assessment on May 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Tower Hamlets's 378 takeaways with ratings, 231 (61%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
