The electric elephant cafe & gallery, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 186a, Crampton Street, London was given the score after assessment on December 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Southwark's 974 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 659 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
