A Southwark drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The leather exchange, a pub, bar or nightclub at 15, Leathermarket Street, London was given the score after assessment on May 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Southwark's 202 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 135 (67%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
