New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Southwark’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Millhouse fish and chips, at 1b, Ilderton Road, London was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 10.

And Nim's kitchen, at Unit 5b, 133, Copeland Road, London was given a score of two on May 10.

It means that of Southwark's 454 takeaways with ratings, 234 (52%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
