A Newham takeaway has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Kams Kitchen, a takeaway at 2 Albert Road, North Woolwich, London was given the score after assessment on October 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 311 takeaways with ratings, 124 (40%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
