Food hygiene ratings handed to eight Newham establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to eight of Newham’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to eight of Newham’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to five restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: The Salvation Army at Salvation Army Centre, 1 Paul Street, Stratford, London; rated on December 1

• Rated 5: Serco Patient Dining Operations - Zone 5 1st Floor at Newham University Hospital, Glen Road, Plaistow, London; rated on November 30

• Rated 5: Airline Cafe at Unit E2, Westgate Apartments, 14 Western Gateway, Canning Town; rated on November 29

• Rated 5: Peri Peri Chicken at 132 Barking Road, East Ham, London; rated on November 21

• Rated 4: Five Bros Burgers And Wings at Unit 2, 819 Romford Road, Manor Park, London; rated on November 18

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And one rating has been handed to a pub, bar or nightclub:
