A Merton restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Isaithamil Srilankan &Indian Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 30 London Road, Tooting, London was given the score after assessment on May 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Merton's 451 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 340 (75%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
