Kings Church, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Catford Hill, London was given the score after assessment on October 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lewisham's 614 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 353 (57%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
