SarasaS, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 630-634 Uxbridge Road, Hayes was given the score after assessment on May 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hillingdon's 533 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 367 (69%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
