Bengal Indian Cuisine, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 153 Tottenham Lane, Hornsey, London was given the score after assessment on May 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Haringey's 524 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 377 (72%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
