Lahore Village, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 364 Uxbridge Road, London was given the score after assessment on October 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Hammersmith and Fulham's 681 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 434 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
