Food hygiene ratings handed to two Hackney restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hackney’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Hackney’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

RockIT, at 79b Kingsland High Street, Hackney, London was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 6.

And Wu Chinese Cuisine, at Including 95a, 95 Upper Clapton Road, Hackney, London was given a score of one on May 5.

It means that of Hackney's 954 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 492 (52%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
