Road closures: two for Enfield drivers this week

Drivers in and around Enfield will have two National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.

And one of them is expected to cause moderate delays – with motorists facing a holdup of between 10 minutes and half an hour.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

M25, from 10pm June 6 to 6am June 25, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 anti-clockwise, junction 25 to junction 23, carriageway and slip road closures for surfacing works, diversion via local authority Network.

And one more closure will begin over the next seven days:

M25, from 10pm June 15 to 5am June 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M25 clockwise, junction 24 to junction 25, Lane closures for electrical works.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
