Londoners will be able to enjoy Champagne and sushi at this gorgeous new pop-up.
A Japanese Garden is popping up this spring at The Landmark London, in partnership with award-winning florist Mary Jane Vaughan.

Available from now until the end of June, the luxury five-star hotel’s elegant Champagne Bar will be transformed into an Asian indoor oasis complete with a stunning installation of orchids taking centre stage alongside beautiful bamboo arrangements and bonsai.


The Japanese Garden makes for the perfect backdrop for a memorable lunch, light evening meal, or an Instagram-worthy moment with friends and loved ones.
The new menu offers an elevated selection of sushi, nigiri, and sashimi perfectly paired with a curated list of premium Champagnes and cocktails.

Hide AdDuring the day, guests are invited to embrace the Omakase experience, where skilled chefs will prepare a bespoke nine-piece menu featuring the likes of crab and avocado rolls with wasabi mayo, yellowfin tuna nigiri, and salmon sashimi topped with tobiko roe.
Come evening, diners can choose their own pieces whilst groups might opt for the sashimi platter – perfect for sharing. Vegetarian options are also available, including shiitake mushroom nigiri and pickled carrot and cucumber rolls topped with spicy mayo and toasted sesame seeds.


The drinks list features a standout Japanese Keigetsu ‘John’ sparkling sake alongside a range of Champagnes – from the renowned grand dame houses to boutique grower labels – as well as English sparkling wines, many of which are available by the glass.
Adding to the sparkle, a curated list of cocktails includes the Champagne Bar Fizz, blending Ketel One Vodka with Champagne and blood orange rosemary cordial, and the classic French 75, made with Bombay Sapphire dry gin, fresh lemon juice, and sugar syrup, topped with Palmer & Co NV Brut Champagne.
