Diners can begin with a mini colada – a welcome sip of tropical bliss that instantly transports you to sun-soaked shores.

Then, move on to starters including golden-crusted sweet potato milk bread with curried haddock, a fragrant curried lamb pita with yellow raisins and spring onions, or torched yellowtail, its buttery texture lifted by avocado, green mango, spring onion, and a sweet & sour salsa.
The main event is a show-stopping spread of indulgent roasts, each infused with Kerth’s signature touch.

Hide AdSucculent free-range chicken supreme carries the depth of smoky jerk seasoning, while a 45-day aged strip loin is elevated by rich, slow-braised oxtail gravy.
Seafood lovers can dive into whole grilled sea bream, paired with creole peppers, pickled fennel and oyster mayonnaise, while the Old Spot pork belly offers pure indulgence with its caramelised crust and burnt apple purée.
Vegetarians can enjoy a stuffed sweet potato, butternut and lentil curry perfectly balanced with crispy kale.
Every dish is accompanied by traditional sides with a Caribbean flourish - ginger-glazed carrots, roasted new potatoes, spring greens, and Yorkshire puddings.

Or opt for the Tropical Delight, a luscious blend of passion fruit, pistachio, dark chocolate, and coconut ice cream. Both desserts are complemented by seasonal petit fours.
Take the experience to new heights with a signature cocktail (£14 supplement). Choose between the Punchy Joe, a classic rum punch with tropical juices and warming spices, or a Donkey Kick, a silky-smooth clarified milk punch featuring falernum, tropical juices, and bitters.
Live entertainment will accompany the Mother’s Day Roast and the Bank Holiday weekends, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
The Caribbean Sunday Roast is priced at £75 per person, including a welcome mini colada, starter, main, sides, and dessert. A vegetarian menu is available upon request.
