BST Hyde Park announces Stevie Wonder as final headliner for 2025 festival


- Stevie Wonder has been announced as the final headliner for BST Hyde Park.
- He will join Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, Neil Young and more at the London festival.
- Tickets for Stevie Wonder’s London show will go on sale this Friday (21st March 2025)
The 74-year-old will take to the stage on Saturday 12th July as part of his ‘LOVE, LIGHT & SONG’ tour in the UK and joins Zach Bryan, Olivia Rodrigo, Noah Kahan, Sabrina Carpenter, Neil Young and Jeff Lynne’s ELO as the headliners for this year’s series of concerts.
Wonder’s show in July will mark the third time that he has graced the Great Oak Stage following performances in 2016 and 2019.

Hide AdThe singer is one of the most celebrated and prominent figures in popular music who, at the age of 12, was the youngest recording artist to have achieved a #1 single with “Fingertips Part 2”, and subsequently the first to simultaneously reach #1 on Billboard's Hot 100, R&B Singles and Album Charts.
To date he has amassed 49 TopForty singles, 32 #1 singles and worldwide sales of over 100 million units. Stevie has won 25 Grammy Awards, earned a spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and the NAACP Hall of Fame, gained the prestigious Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, as well as a Golden Globe and an Academy Award. Stevie’s iconic album, Songs In The Key of Life, is archived in the National Recording Registry of the Library of Congress, for its cultural, historic and aesthetic significance.
However, the singer’s influence extends far beyond music. He has received numerous accolades including awards from the President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the Children's Diabetes Foundation and the American Association of People with Disabilities.

Hide AdIn 1983, Wonder played a crucial role in the movement that saw Martin Luther King Day become an official national holiday in the United States, he later became the youngest recipient of the Kennedy Center Honors, gained the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 2014 and in 2009 Wonder became a designated United Nations Messenger of Peace.

Tickets for the show will go on sale at 10am this morning for Amex card holders, Wonder’s fanclub members will receive access to an exclusive presale at 10am on Wednesday and general on sale takes place at 10am on Friday 21st March.
