Comedian Babetunde Aleshe has announced an extra date for his upcoming ‘Babahood’ tour that will take place in 2023. The announcement of the additional London date comes after his gig at the Leicester Square Theatre sold out.

The tour will last around four months. It begins on January 26 at the Komedia in Brighton, and culminates in Guildford at the Guildford G-Live on May 27.

His stocks are at an all time high as he just finished a gruelling stint on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here alongside the likes of Chris Moyles, Matt Hancock and more. Babatunde narrowly missed out on being in the top five, and was the fifth contestant to be eliminated after 19 days in the jungle.

As well as his time on the ITV show, Babatunde is also a regular fixture on Celebrity Gogglebox. Speaking on his tour, he said “It focuses on me as someone who is now a dad, but who grew up without a dad.

“Now I’m having to navigate this whole new world and having to learn on the job. And also I’m learning as a husband, having had a single parent and never having that hands-on example of how a couple live as a family. Getting to grips with that responsibility: that’s what my tour is about.”

When is Babatunde Aleshe performing in London?

The Tottenham-native’s new date in London is on March 31 at the London Square Theatre. It is the only new date to be held in London and follows on from his already sold out show once again at the London Square Theatre on February 16.
