It was a damaging weekend for many of the capital’s Champions League-chasing clubs.
While Chelsea were booking their place in the FA Cup final with a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace, London rivals Arsenal, Tottenham, and West Ham all dropped points.
The Gunners and Spurs both slumped to 1-0 defeats against Southampton and Brighton respectively, with West Ham held to a 1-1 draw against managerless Burnley.
