Hide AdGlasner injury update
Palace boss Oliver Glasner has issued a key injury update ahead of his side’s clash with Newcastle. He said: “We are like the weather: lovely. The draw at Villa gave us confidence, and we had a really good week in training. Players are coming back, players have had one more week of training after returning from injuries, so it was very positive.
“Ebere [Eze] will be in the squad tomorrow, and Eddie Nketiah as well. They worked pretty hard in their rehab, and also the medical staff did an amazing job, so that’s why they are available earlier than expected. Both had a good week. But it’s the same with other players, like Cheick Doucouré who returned last week, they are out for several weeks but it’s good when we enter a three-game week that players are back, so now we have a better situation in the squad.”
Gray excitement
Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou is excited by the development of young talent Archie Gray. “There’s a real maturity at only 18,” he said on Thursday night. “We asked him to play left-back, he has never played that position in his life but does it with a real efficiency and calmness.
“I am so excited by Archie and that’s another positive for us that we have another 18-year-old who just plays and no one mentions that he is 18, they just measure his performance and, like I said, I am asking him to do different jobs. It would probably be more comfortable for him if he was settled in one position but he is playing football at a really high level in Europe and the Premier League. That’s going to set us up really well for the player that he is going to become.”

Hide AdZirkzee claim
Juventus are said to be interested in a surprise deal to sign Manchester United striker Joshua Zirkzee despite the fact the striker only arrived at Old Trafford in the summer, struggling to make his mark.
The Old Lady are said to be interested in signing Zirzkee and sweetening the deal by offering up Douglas Luiz and Danilo. That’s according to Italian website Calciomercato, who say talks have already begun between the two clubs.
