Will there be extra time and penalties in the last-16 Champions League match?

There is the possibility that the match between Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan moves into extra time and penalties.

What happened when Spurs travelled to AC Milan?

A seventh-minute goal from Brahim Diaz was enough to give AC Milan the advantage last time out. The Spanish forward, who is on loan from Manchester City, nodded in after a rebound off Spurs keeper Fraser Forster fell into his path.

Conte was forced to field a changed Tottenham Hotspur XI in that game with Oliver Skipp and Pape Sarr coming in due to a Rodrigo Bentancur injury and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg suspension.

After the loss, Conte said: "I know the San Siro and I know the difficulty to play with this atmosphere. In the second game, we have to play at our stadium and our fans will create the atmosphere to help us overcome the Milan obstacle."
