Central Cee will release an upcoming single alongside Raye on Friday with QPR featuring in the video.

QPR stadium Loftus Road is set to feature in a new music video by London rapper Central Cee, due for release tomorrow alongside fellow BRIT Award winner Raye.

The artist, whose real name is Oakley Neil Caesar-Su, shared a short clip of the upcoming single on social media platforms on Wednesday afternoon. In the background of shots across London, the R's home stadium features prominently.

Central Cee drives a metallic sports car down South Africa Road, outside the South Africa Road Stand where staff and players are known to enter the stadium. The video then cuts to a road sign featuring directions towards Shepherd's Bush and Harlesden as a nod to the rapper's origins.

The 26-year-old was born in Ladbroke Grove but moved to live in Shepherd's Bush after his parents separated at the age of seven. Central Cee started making music at the age of 13 and has spoken about his involvement with drugs when in the area.

He told The Guardian: “When you’re coming from where I’m coming from, everybody from all walks of life, nine times out of 10, they had to do that. It’s like learning to ride a bike. In my little radius of Shepherd’s Bush, there’s like six, seven phones ringing all day long, making like £2,000 a day. Who do you think is making this money? It’s little kids.

"That’s why, this music thing, I find it quite strange. Because I’m telling my brothers’ stories. I’m telling all my people’s stories. They are just as important as me. You’re fascinated about my story. I don’t know why, because it’s all of ours.”

Despite growing up in Shepherd's Bush and giving QPR pride of place in the upcoming music video, the rapper is known to be a Chelsea fan. He is regularly seen at Stamford Bridge and featured on the club's TikTok account last year holding a shirt with the name 'Cench', which was handed to him by Blues full-back Ben Chilwell as he watched a victory over Sheffield United.
