It's less than a month until QPR, Millwall and Watford kick off their Championship campaigns for the 2024/25 seasons with all three local sides wanting a better effort than last time out.
The R's and Lions became embroiled in a play-off battle while the Hornets saw play-off hopes dwindle out in underwhelming fashion. All three sides have had the summer to regroup and prepare to go again come August 10.
Millwall have perhaps been the most proactive of those three sides with Macaulay Langstaff and Japhet Tanganga coming through the door in two statement moves by Neil Harris. It's been a quieter window so far at QPR and Watford.
The second tier clubs' funds are, as always, vital to any potential transfer deals with free agents presenting an enticing workaround. LondonWorld looks at 25 players who featured in the Championship last season available without a fee, who could tempt QPR, Millwall and Watford ranked by market value - data as per Transfermarkt.
