The fiery London derby between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur was the biggest talking point from the weekend’s Premier League fixtures.

Tempers flared at the “Battle of the Bridge” as Spurs twice came from behind with a 96th minute striker from Harry Kane ending the match at 2-2 and ensuring a share of the points.

Earlier in the day, West Ham United suffered a disappointing defeat at the City Ground as Nottingham Forest won 1-0 to make it zero points from a possible six to start the season for David Moyes’ Hammers.

Brentford were the other big story of the weekend but it was more about the crisis at Manchester United after the Bees recorded one of the most famous results in their history by beating the Red Devils 4-0.

Arsenal were 4-2 winners of Leicester City in a six goal thriller earlier on Saturday while Fulham played out a 0-0 draw at Wolves.

Only the Gunners and Manchester City have a perfect start from their first two matches, sitting joint top of the table on six points, while the Cottagers are one of seven other teams who are so far unbeaten - having drawn both of the thier fixtures so far.

The action concludes tonight as Crystal Palace travel to Anfield to face Liverpool in the Monday night game.

Palace lost the league opener to Arsenal earlier this month while Liverpool are also looking for their first win after a 2-2 draw at Fulham.

Away from the action on the pitch, the Premier League’s London contingent still have plenty of business to do in the summer transfer window.
