Millwall transfer collapse emerges as Newcastle United sanction curveball transfer for Watford loan star
The international break has begun with attention turning away from the Championship this week but the fallout from last week's Deadline Day continues.
There's also room for clubs further afield than Europe to complete last minute transfer business with the free agent market still open for EFL sides.

Millwall failed in Deadline Day loan
Millwall forward Aidomo Emakhu was set to leave The Den on loan on Deadline Day in a deal that ultimately collapsed last minute, Lions head coach Neil Harris has confirmed.
The Millwall boss had admitted that the 20-year-old could head out on loan this season following the Carabao Cup defeat to Leyton Orient last week. However, any potential exit depended on the London club finding a suitable replacement, which did not happen.
Harris said: “We spoke openly about Aidomo last Tuesday evening and discussed a development plan. I want my players to be happy. I care about them.

Watford loan star set for unexpected transfer
Former Watford defender Jamal Lewis is set to complete a curveball transfer to Brazilian giants Sao Paulo.
The 26-year-old, who was on loan at Vicarage Road last season, is expected to make the move from Newcastle United to Brazil. Neither the Magpies or Sao Paulo had confirmed the move by Monday evening but Northern Ireland manager Michael O'Neill hinted at the deal.
He said: "Jamal is planning to join us later in the week after he completes his visa requirements and medical checks in Brazil. We wish him the best of luck in his new move to Sao Paulo."
