The summer is well and truly here and the the wind of change is blowing through Selhurst with so many big decisions coming in the summer.

The Eagles go into the last game of the season against Manchester United on 13th on the league table, and just recovering from a bruising 3-2 defeat to Everon in the Premier League.

That defeat has left a sour taste in the mouth of the fans, but a win at home against Manchester United would be the perfect response.

The defeat to Everton came with so many issues with manager Patrick Vieira captured on video retaliating to a fan who was goading him after the final whistle.

Three points against Manchester United will restore the happiness that has mostly been felt throughout this largely impressive season.

The only downside is that even three points won’t be enough to equal the all-time record of 49 points that was targeted a few weeks ago.

There are some really big summer decisions with key players hustling for contract renewals and the club looking to bring in fresh blood.

The impressive Conor Gallgher will have to head  back to Cobham to have pre-season with Chelsea before a final decision is made on his destination.

The challenge for Vieira this summer is to make the same smart decisions in the market that made this season a success, and if he can top it would be quite impressive.
