Chelsea will go in search of their first win of the season when they travel to the Molineux today.

Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca is searching for his first league win as Chelsea travel to Molineux today, following a 2-0 defeat to Manchester City on the opening day of the Premier League. Maresca and Chelsea will be boosted by the fact that Joao Felix is available after the Portuguese midfielder was unveiled on Thursday evening.

Chelsea will, however, be without Reece James, who is serving a suspension after being sent off in the penultimate game of last season—he would have missed this one anyway due to injury.

In his absence, Malo Gusto, who has been sensational since joining from Lyon, is expected to start at right-back. Marc Cucurella, who was rested against Servette, will reclaim his spot from Renato Veiga. Levi Colwill, whose ability to initiate Chelsea's build-up play is highly valued, is expected to be paired with the returning Wesley Fofana. The French defender is making up for lost time after missing the entire last season due to injury.

Romeo Lavia is expected to anchor the midfield, surrounded by stand-in captain Enzo Fernández and Moisés Caicedo, who captained the side in the absence of both James and Fernández during the Conference League game.

The attack is likely to be led by Cole Palmer, who was passed fit by manager Maresca, allaying any concerns about a possible injury after the Servette game. Palmer is expected to start on the right side of the attack, with Pedro Neto on the left and Nicolas Jackson in the middle, after being rested on Thursday night.

Maresca has stated that, for now, every player will be picked based on how hard they work in training. Given how impressive Filip Jörgensen was in the game against Servette, I would expect him to keep his spot in goal, although I wouldn't be surprised if the Chelsea boss decides to bring back Sánchez.

Below is my predicted Chelsea XI: Jörgensen, Gusto, Cucurella, Colwill, Fofana, Lavia, Fernández, Caicedo, Palmer, Jackson, and Neto.
