A look at the final injury news surrounding Fulham and Chelsea as they prepare to face off in a key West London derby for both clubs.

Chelsea and Fulham lock horns on Sunday in what could prove to be a key game for both sides in their pursuits of European qualification. The Blues are currently sixth and one point off fifth place, which will be a Champions League spot, chasing down Manchester City, Nottingham Forest and Newcastle United.

As for Fulham, they are just goal difference behind AFC Bournemouth in eighth spot, and that will be enough to secure Conference League qualification. Cottagers boss Marco Silva said ahead of this one: “Final for us, too, like it is for them, it is for us.

“They have clear, clear goals and targets in the table. We have our main goals as well to fight for, and of course when you arrive in this final stages of the season, every game is going to be even more important, because it's coming to an end, and we have to get as many points as we can, to fight for what we want. It’s going to be a special derby for the fans, being able to play at home is very good.”

Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Maresca has said of the need to bounce back from Thursday night’s Conference League defeat to Legia Warsaw - although the Blues still progressed: “We are, for sure, not happy about the Conference League result, but at the same time, we try to manage a little bit and rotate players.”

Here we round up all the latest injury news surrounding Fulham and Chelsea ahead of this one.

Reiss Nelson - Out

Nelson will not return this season after requiring surgery. Silva has said: “He got surgery and could be out until the end of the season. I don't want to give a timescale that is 100 per cent sure, but it could be out until the end of the season. It's a big blow for us, definitely. He was really unlucky.”

Harry Wilson - Doubt

Wilson has been out for weeks after hamstring surgery, but Silva said ahead of this one that the Welshman is close to returning.

Wesley Fofana - Out

Fofana will not return this season, with Maresca having said: “Unfortunately, Wes will be out for the rest of the season.”

Omari Kellyman - Out

Kellyman has confirmed he will miss the end of the season, writing on social media: “Beyond gutted to say that this season has come to an early end for me due to a re-injury of my hamstring. 24-25 has been a tough season for me mentally and physically due to injury, but it’s important now that I take time to get this right.”

Marc Guiu - Out

Guiu is still out, but he could return in the next couple of weeks. Maresca said last week: “We have good news on Marc. From today, he looks quite good, much better, and he can be back before the season finishes.”

Romeo Lavia - Fit

Maresca has confirmed ahead of this one: “Romeo is back. He is training with us and can be available for Sunday's game.”

Mykhailo Mudryk - Out (Suspended)

Mudryk remains out due to a suspension over alleged consumption of a banned substance. Maresca has said: “The only thing I can say is that we are close to Mykhailo as a club, and we are trying to help him. In terms of an update, I don't have one.”
