Eden Hazard says he’s not in talking terms with his manager Carlo Ancelotti as his difficult time in Madrid continues.

The Belgian hasn’t played for the European Champions in the last two months in what is truly one of the disappointing transfers in recent history. The former Chelsea man last played in the Copa del Rey against fourth tier side Cacereno.

Hazard, who is on a staggering £470-a-week-wages, says he doesn’t want to leave the club des[ite the lack of game time and will continue to fight for his position.

Hazard told RTBF: “There is respect between us. But I’m not going to say that we talk to each other, because we don’t talk to each other.

“But there will always be respect. Even if tomorrow, he doesn’t make me play anymore.

“I have to have respect for a guy like Carlo Ancelotti. What he represents football, what he has done in his career, there is no problem.

Asked if he would like to move on in the summer after trying for almost three seasons to make a mark in Madrid, but the Belgian said his intention is to stay on and be a success.

He added: “I would like to stay, I’ve always said that.

“I hope to play and to show that I can still do it. People have doubts, that’s normal, I understand.

‘But for me, I’m still here next year. You never know, but a transfer is not in my plan.”

Hazard had scored 110 goals in 352 games for Chelsea after joining from Lille in 2012, and scored twice as they won the Europa League in his final season and is widely regarded as one of the best players in the history of the Chelsea.
