Chelsea to ‘submit’ transfer offer and exit confirmed

Chelsea have picked up four points from their opening two league games.

The Blues won 1-0 away at Everton in their first match but were held 2-2 at home to rivals Tottenham Hotspur last time out.

Next up for the London club is a trip to Elland Road this weekend to face Leeds United.

Midfielder back on radar

Chelsea are reportedly poised to make another approach for Inter Milan youngster Cesare Casadei after seeing an offer rejected for him earlier this summer.

The midfielder, 19, is yet to make a senior appearance but is being tipped for a bright future in the game.

The Daily Mail report that Thomas Tuchel’s side are set to ‘submit’ another bid to lure him to England, but face competition from Ligue 1 side OGC Nice.

Gordon latest

The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for Everton winger Anthony Gordon over the past 24 hours or so.

The attacker has broken into the Toffees’ first-team after rising up through their academy.

However, according to Sky Sports, Chelsea are yet to make a ‘formal bid’ for him at this moment in time.

Former player finds new home

Edwin Andersson has found himself a new home in the Championship.

The 18-year-old moved to Stamford Bridge from IFK Gothenberg in his native Sweden.

He has now left London and has moved up north to sign for Stoke City in the second tier.
