Chelsea are now preparing for a Conference League clash with Heidenheim on Thursday night after returning from the international break with a win. The Blues ensured a positive return to Leicester City for Enzo Maresca on Saturday, and they will look to back up that win with three points in the Conference League.
The fixture list will become much busier from here on out, and it will be interesting to see how Maresca uses his squad to cope with that. In the meantime, we have rounded up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are said to be interested in a familiar face as they look to strengthen their current centre-back class. Maresca has heavily relied on Levi Colwill and Wesley Fofana so far this season, and it’s reported the Blues boss wants better competition.
The Boot Room report that former Blues centre-back Marc Guehi is of interest, with Crystal Palace having rejected offers of more than £70million from Newcastle United last summer. Chelsea would need to commit a similar amount, and that would likely mean replacing one of the current centre-back pair in the starting XI.
Delap links
Chelsea are being linked with a move for Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap, with GIVEMESPORT reporting that the Blues are monitoring the 21-year-old.
In the meantime, Match of the Day pundit Danny Murphy has been praising the Tractor Boys forward. “I think he is the best young English striker out there,” he told Match of the Day 2.
