There were debuts for Filip Jorgensen and Tosin Adarabioyo, with manager Enzo Maresca able to make several changes in what was largely a comfortable evening for the Blues at Stamford Bridge.

The closest the visitors came was a deflected shot that hit the crossbar late on, but Chelsea deserved what was their first win under Italian manager Enzo Maresca.

Below is how we rated the players on what was their first step towards securing European football this season:

Filip Jorgensen - 6 Two good saves in the first half. Distribution was good too. Then a brilliant save in the second half too. Solid debut.

Benoît Badiashile - 6 Never really tested but dealt well with everything that came his way.

Tosin Adarabioyo - 7 Calm and very vocal throughout the game. An encouraging debut.

Axel Disasi - 6 Didn't do much wrong but wasn't as mobile as Malo Gusto. Reportedly one of the players fighting for his Chelsea career.

Renato Veiga - 7 Strong in his tackles but struggled with inverting into midfield. Didn’t get involved much when playing in that role. Defensively a very solid addition.

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall - 6 Looked decent in an otherwise poor first half. A willing runner throughout the game.

Moises Caicedo - 6 Captain on the day—was the recipient of Maresca's fury after losing the ball early in the game. Excellent at winning the ball but needs to improve his distribution.

Marc Guiu - 4 Unbelievable miss. Subbed off not long after that.

Mykhailo Mudryk - 6 Dragged his shot wide in the first half. Instructed to stay wide, which he did all game. Bright yet frustrating in equal measure.

Pedro Neto - 5 Started brightly and forced a good save from the Servette goalkeeper. Subbed midway through the second half.

Christopher Nkunku - 7 Quiet in the first half but won the penalty, which he brilliantly dispatched to give Chelsea the lead and calm the nerves.

Noni Madueke - 8 Quality all around and deserved his goal. Made his point.

Cole Palmer - 5 Had a shot saved but constantly drifted into midfield when he was supposed to play as the false nine.

Enzo Fernandez - 5 Played in an advanced role. Nothing much stood out.

Malo Gusto - 5

He played left back and instantly looked to help the midfield.
