Chelsea continued their momentum with another win on Thursday night, this time in their Europa Conference League group stage opener, against Gent. Renato Veiga, Pedro Neto, Christopher and Nkunku were all on target as the Blues won 4-2 at Stamford Bridge.
Enzo Maresca said after the game: “It was a good performance and overall I’m happy with the performance and the result. It was a tough game and we approached it very well. Every game is complicated, it’s never easy. We changed players but you could still see the identity and the purpose of the team.”

Hide AdAttention now turns to another home clash, this time against Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Sunday, with Forest having put together a solid start, currently in mid-table. Here we round up the latest injury news surrounding both teams.
Danilo - Out
Danilo is likely looking at a return in the new year after suffering a broken ankle that required surgery. Nuno Espirito Santo said: “The surgery went well. Now we have to be patient.
“First of all, the important thing is that he takes his time; that he does not make any mistakes. For now, he is not allowed to put his foot on the ground (or put weight through it). It is a small detail, but it is a big detail.
“We do not want to rush him, we do not want to put him under any pressure to come back. He has to settle down.”

Sangare is out with a hamstring injury, expected to miss around two months. Santo has said: "Unfortunately, Ibrahim Sangare is going to be a while,"
Reece James - Out
James remains out with a thigh injury, with Maresca recently saying: “The most important thing is players come back when they are 100% fit. Reece is still out. Unfortunately, we don't have an idea at the moment [when he’ll be back]. In this case, he’s been very unlucky.”
Kellyman will be out for a couple of months with a thigh injury.
