10 players who could leave Brentford in January including midfield pair - gallery
A look ahead to the January transfer window at Brentford .
Brentford picked up an impressive 2-1 away win at Manchester City in their final game before the World Cup break thanks to striker Ivan Toney’s last-gasp winner. The Bees will be looking forward to their return to Premier League football later this month.
Up first for the London club is a home clash against Tottenham Hotspur, followed by an away trip to West Ham to see 2022 through. Thomas Frank’s side have caused a stir again this season and are sat in 10th position at the moment after accumulating 19 points from their opening 15 games.
Brentford have been shrewd with their recruitment over recent years and have some decisions to make this winter in regards both incomings and goings. They have the chance to get some players off their books next month to help clear up space in their squad and funds.
Here is a look at 10 individuals who could leave....

His contract expires at the end of the season and the Iran international isn’t guaranteed a starting spot.
2. Aaron Pressley
