Andersen latest

Fulham are still said to be pushing for a deal to sign Crystal Palace defender Joachim Andersen with the end of the window now in sight. Palace already face the possibility of losing Marc Guehi as they continue to stand firm, but another defender in Andersen is said to be attracting interest.

Sky Sports journalists Dharmesh Sheth and Michael Bridge report that the Cottagers are still hot on the trail of Andersen, who is said to be valued as highly as £40million. Palace are well aware they would find it difficult to sign one and maybe two centre-backs in the final week or so of the window.

Liverpool ‘eye’ Lookman

Liverpool are reportedly exploring a deal to sign former Everton winger Ademola Lookman this summer. Graeme Bailey has reported that both Liverpool and Arsenal are considering a deal for the Atalanta winger who was instrumental in the Serie A club winning the Europa League last season.

It’s claimed Atalanta are demanding £51.6million (60million euros) this summer, and such a price tag would put Liverpool ahead, given Arsenal are unlikely to spend so much on a winger. The Reds are yet to make a signing this summer with Arne Slot not getting the chance to put his stamp on his new squad.

Ramsdale latest

Aaron Ramsdale is not yet close to a move to Wolves despite Arsenal receiving an offer from the Midlands club, according to TalkSPORT journalist Alex Crook. Ramsdale is for sale this summer with the Gunners already reportedly lining up a replacement in Joan Garcia.

“We know that Wolves have got an offer of a loan deal with an option to buy on the table,” Crook said on talkSPORT. “That hasn’t been rejected yet, but I am told by sources close to Ramsdale that there’s a long way to go in that one. Southampton like him as well, and so do Nottingham Forest, so I think certainly he is one we are going to be talking about a lot in the next 10 days or so.”
