Last week, the PM addressed the nation, and the NHS Covid pass at sporting events will be introduced on Wednesday, December 15, meaning both Arsenal fans and West Ham fans will have to present said pass at the game on Wednesday.

Arsenal will look to continue their impressive 3-0 home win against Southampton, whilst West Ham must improve their performance from their clash v Burnley if they’re to protect their current top four status.

Fans may be asked by their clubs to get to the game early, to allow for extended queues due to the checking of the Covid pass.

You can visit ‘Getting a digital NHS Covid Pass’ and start your application now.

Ensure you do it ahead of the match, as it can take a few hours to get confirmed on the app.

You will get a digital pass with a QR code. You can show this in the app, download it to your apple wallet or print or email it to yourself.

If you cannot apply digitally using the NHS app or online service, you can ask for an NHS Covid Pass letter to be sent to you by post.
