Arsenal have enjoyed a very solid start to the new season, winning their first two games.
The Gunners came into his season with wind in their sails following a busy summer of transfers, with more than £100million spent.
The likes of Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko have been signed, and they are already making an impact.
With weeks remaining in the summer transfer window, there could be more business at the Emirates Stadium, and here we round up all the latest transfer news and rumours.
Villarreal are said to have set their asking price for Yeremy Pino.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with a move for the winger over recent days, with the highly-rated 19-year-old attracting interest.
Yeremy has a release clause worth around £70million, but according to Fabrizio Romano, Villarreal could let him go for £50m.
Romano said in his CaughtOffside column: “Many clubs have been following Yeremi Pino for months, he is a top player of the future that at least three Premier League clubs have been monitoring for some time.
“No proposals have been made yet to Villarreal, who would like more than €50m for their young star; it will not be an easy negotiation.”
Arsenal are said to have considered a move for now former Ajax defender Lisandro Martinez this summer.
According to The Athletic, the Gunners eyed the defender but they were concerned about the player’s height.
Martinez had a very difficult outing for Manchester United - the club he did sign for - over the weekend, and he was dominated in the air during the 4-0 defeat.
Arsenal have continued the trimming of their squad as the deadline approaches.
Goalkeeper Alex Runarsson has joined Alanyaspor on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Runarsson would have been Arsenal’s number three goalkeeper, at best, this season, with Matt Turner signed to play back-up to Aaron Ramsdale.
Runarsson now heads to Turkey for the remainder of the campaign.
