Arsenal chief Edu Gaspar has been spotted boarding a plane to Spain.

As pointed out by a fan, and indeed RyanAir on Twitter, Edu has boarded a flight to Valencia, sparking a frenzy amid links with Villarreal star Yeremy Pino.

Of course, it’s not clear why Edu has made his way to the Spanish East coast, but it will create a real buzz around the possible signing of Yeremy, who provided an assist for Villarreal in a 3-0 win over the weekend.

Caicedo links

The Gunners are also said to be pushing for a deal to sign Brighton star Moises Caicedo.

According to the Mirror, via the Express, the midfielder is liked by Arteta, who may want another midfield addition this summer.

Caicedo, still only 20 years of age, has impressed for the Seagulls and is said to be attracting interest from Arsenal and beyond.

Tielemans boost

Leicester are said to be ‘prepared’ for the worst case scenario in their continued pursuit of Youri Tielemans.

Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for the midfielder, who is now in the final year of his contract.

According to The Times, Leicester are aware Tielemans could leave, and they have already put a plan together to cope for his exit should that come to pass.

Arsenal will be lurking with intent, that’s for sure.
